Your Wolf Academy (Berkshire Consulting FZCO (Dubai), hereafter “we”, “us” and “Company”) may request personal information, such as names, addresses, personal registration number, national identification number, passport number and e-mail addresses etc. for account set up, maintenance and management of client accounts. We also require your personal data to process deposits and withdrawals.

We recognize the importance of clients’ privacy and will never use, disclose, sell, rent or lease the client’s personal and financial information to any third parties except to persons acting in a judiciary, representative, or attorney capacity in relation to the client’s trading account, in order to protect against fraud, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, claims or other liabilities to government, regulatory or law enforcement agencies to the extent permitted or required by law, or to comply with applicable legal requirements. Information such as income, credit history, net worth will not be shared by the Company under any circumstances.

Why we collect:

We collect your personal information such as Gender, Full Name, DOB and Address to comply with our anti money laundering (AML) obligations and to complete the KYC and client due diligence.

Your email and contact information is used to correspond to you regarding the services we provide and to fulfil our compliance obligations.

We may also ask you about your ethnicity, citizenship, social security number or passport number to comply with our KYC and to complete AML obligations.

Security of your Data:

Keeping your personal information secure, your data is stored and kept confidential according to the legislation on protection of personal data and processing there of applicable in the jurisdiction in which The Company with which you have signed up is located. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, misused, modification, disclosure or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

How long your personal information will be kept:

Once you close your account with Your Wolf Academy we shall hold your data for a period of five years to comply with our record keeping obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. Your data will then be deleted at the end of the period.
