Information such as income, credit history, net worth will not be shared by the Company under any circumstances.
Why we collect:
We collect your personal information such as Gender, Full Name, DOB and Address to comply with our anti money laundering (AML) obligations and to complete the KYC and client due diligence.
Your email and contact information is used to correspond to you regarding the services we provide and to fulfil our compliance obligations.
We may also ask you about your ethnicity, citizenship, social security number or passport number to comply with our KYC and to complete AML obligations.
Security of your Data:
Keeping your personal information secure, your data is stored and kept confidential according to the legislation on protection of personal data and processing there of applicable in the jurisdiction in which The Company with which you have signed up is located. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, misused, modification, disclosure or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. How long your personal information will be kept:
Once you close your account with Your Wolf Academy we shall hold your data for a period of five years to comply with our record keeping obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. Your data will then be deleted at the end of the period.
